Xtreme Coolers are committed to the quality products we sell and offer the following written warranty for our valued customers.

We will have no hesitation to repair at no charge to the client any fault in relation to the sold cooler box that has occurred during what we deem as normal use.

Faults covered in this written warranty are those that are concerned with the materials supplied or defective workmanship during the first 5 years from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

• Faulty Materials

• Faulty Workmanship

   

What is not covered?

• Damaged caused by the client that is deemed to be unreasonable.

• Any form of damage while in transit.

• The cost of any transport of the repaired or replacement item.

• Any form of insurance costs.

What will you need to provide?

• You will need proof of purchase. This will be in the form of a receipt.
