All Xtreme Cooler boxes are manufactured using a unique Grip-Tech System inside the double walled moulding to prevent delaminating of the foam from the inner walls. Each box is constructed using the latest rotational moulding technology and the highest quality one piece molds.

Our boxes are insulated with a three part polyurethane foam which is injected using high pressure. This mix includes freon gas which is the refrigeration component trapped inside the closed cells of foam. This insulation is completely sealed inside the icebox double wall construction.

At Xtreme Coolers, we use only virgin food grade polyethylene resin which provides excellent UV resistance and colour durability for years. Our boxes also come with weather tight seals, leak proof drains and quality stainless steel latches.

The design team responsible for the quality products used by Xtreme Coolers includes expert technical craftsmanship from Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.

A lot of time and effort has gone in to the development of the hinges. The XT 55 and XT 85 models have been designed with a new patent protected hinge mechanism.
