The Tramontina straight boning knife is always ready to jump into action with any ingredient, cut, or recipe. The high quality of the blade is a result of a scientific thermal treatment. This consists of hardening (heating the blade), subzero (cooling from 50 to -196 degrees), and tempering (increasing the steel elasticity) for a longer and efficient life. They then directly inject the ergonomic textured polypropylene handle on the steel bolster, ensuring a comfortable, and safe use.

The durable, easy to manoeuvre cleaver features a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade with an individually ground and honed edge for efficient butchering.
