Protect your hands with Bastion Teramo Leather Welding Gloves. Made from premium split cowhide leather with Kevlar stitching for enhanced durability and heat resistance, these gloves feature a cut level C rating, making them ideal for any welding task, foundry work and other high heat applications. To complement the cut resistance, the Teramo also carry the highest abrasion resistance rating which guarantees the durability of the gloves, and are tested to standard EN407: Protective Gloves Against Thermal Risks (Heat and /or Fire). This standard specifies thermal performance for protective gloves against heat and /or fire. The Teramo gloves offer the highest resistance to limited flame spread, to small splashes of molten metal and to large quantities of molten metal; high resistance to convective heat and radiant heat; and have a performance level 1 for contact heat resistance, meaning the wearer is safe being in contact with an item at 100°C for more than 15 seconds.
Kevlar stitching in gloves significantly enhances their durability and safety. Kevlar is a high-strength material that offers excellent resistance to heat, cuts, and abrasion.
