Which terms apply to your order

These website terms apply to orders placed through this website and paid in full at the time of purchase.
If you hold an approved trade account with Xtreme, our full Terms & Conditions of Trade apply to your account and to any order placed on credit, and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these website terms. A copy is available here or on request.  Entrada Group Pty Ltd Terms of Trade
Nothing in either document excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms.

Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST. For the convenience of our trade customers, the GST-exclusive price is also shown alongside each price.
The total payable, including freight, is shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; where an error is discovered after an order is placed we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order before dispatch.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify payment or delivery details.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.
Approved trade account customers may order on account, on the payment terms set out in their credit approval. Overdue accounts may be placed on hold, and interest and recovery costs may be charged in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Trade.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order by contacting us within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Orders for made-to-order, special-order or non-stocklist items cannot be cancelled once we have placed the order with our supplier.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we are unable to supply the goods for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery and risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Goods left at an unattended address, or without a signature, at your request are left at your risk. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for full details.

Product information and suitability

We take care to describe products accurately, including the compliance standards they are certified to where these apply. It remains the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any personal protective equipment selected is appropriate for the intended task, hazard and workplace, and that it is used, fitted, maintained and disposed of in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the applicable Australian Standards.
If you are unsure whether a product suits your application, contact us before ordering — we would much rather help you choose correctly than process a return.
Product images are indicative. Manufacturers may change specifications, colours or packaging without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, and where you are a consumer within the meaning of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, our liability is limited as permitted by section 64A of Schedule 2 to that Act — to the replacement of the goods, the resupply of equivalent goods, or the cost of doing so.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product photography, is the property of Entrada Group Pty Ltd or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand names and logos of products we distribute remain the property of their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies. Last updated: Aug 2026
