Classic European-style smock made from the toughest fabrics, and designed to be worn over a life jacket – you’re 100% protected and safe. With the Magic Hood for no blocked vision, and the welded reflective tape, you’re set for the mine, work site, high pressure blasting job, or the boat. Rip-stop fabric and elastic cuffs give this smock the final tick of a functional, long lasting, heavy duty waterproof garment.

The Isotop smock combines two major innovations developed exclusively by Guy Cotten:
- The ISOLATECH technique (patented) an insulation technique that provides more comfort with reduced condensation inside the waterproof garment.
- The MAGIC Hood (patented) does not obstruct your vision and does not restrict your movements. Adjustable on the sides and at the peak, it moves with the head. It is also possible to wear a hard hat under the hood.

Fabric details

NYLPÊCHE fabric: Very tear resistant. Double-sided coating. Designed and perfected for industrial fishing, this fabric has been embraced by the majority of fishermen throughout the world. The coating is carefully elaborated using only high-quality plasticizers. This explains this fabric’s excellent resistance to variations in temperature, as well as oils and grease. The technical characteristics of the Nylpêche fabric provide completely waterproof garments second to none for their strength and suppleness. Composition: Polyester 150 g/m². Double sided PVC coating with a high-quality composition 335 g/m². Total weight 485 g/m².

CAP-COZ fabric: Supple and heavy duty. Coated on one side. A fabric approved by sailors for many years. The generous outer coating makes it very strong and entirely waterproof, while remaining highly supple. It also withstands temperature variations very well. The Cap Coz’s interior jersey is pleasant to the touch, provides thermal insulation and reduces condensation. Composition: Polyester jersey 110 g/m². 1 side PVC coating 370 g/m². Total weight 480 g/m².

About Guy Cotten Nylpeche and Cap Coz Fabrics

The lower front of the Isomax Jacket is made from heavy duty Nylpeche fabric. Nylpeche is a highly tear resistant fabric, designed and perfected for industrial fishing, offering a completely waterproof solution, that is second to none for strength and suppleness. Nylpeche has a waterproofness rating of 20,000 mm, and a breathable rating of Class 1.

The Isomax Jacket’s sleeves, shoulders and back is made of the tough, flexible and supple Cap Coz fabric. Cap Coz has been proven for delivered maximum comfort, while it’s outer coating makes it rip-stop and entirely waterproof. The inside of the fabric is a jersey lining which is pleasant to touch, provides thermal insulation and reduces condensation. Cap Coz has a waterproofness rating of 20,000 mm, and a breathable rating of Class 1.
